Use this page to register for the Saskatoon hockey camp (July 15 – 19, 2013). The cost to attend this camp is $950.00. This fee includes all hydration, snacks and fruit. Players are required to bring a lunch. Jerseys will be provided, please indicate size below. Contact us with any questions.

This camp is for Peewee, Bantam, Midget and Junior players – birth year 2001. Registration is subject to an accepted online application.

I acknowledge the applicant is in good health and is able to participate in the physical activity of a vigorous program. In the event I become injured during the absence of a parent or legal guardian, I give my permission for the person in charge to seek medical attention. Hockey is a dangerous sport. Participation can result in injury or death. All players and their parents/guardians agree to hold harmless Academy of Defense, its employees, subcontractors, and agents for any incident, accident, or occurrence arising from participation in this program.
 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  

Planning for all Academy of Defense hockey camps is based on current enrollment numbers, received well in advance of the camps' start date. As a result, no refunds will be provided or cancellations permitted, except in the case of a valid medical reason with proper documentation from a licensed medical practitioner. If a player is unable to attend the camp (and notice is given prior to the start date) due to medical reasons, he will receive a credit for the full amount paid, less a $25.00 administration fee. A doctor's note is required to substantiate this type of cancellation, and this note must be provided within one (1) week of the request to cancel.
