The Academy of Self Defense Is a private program.  You must contact the head instructor to begin the application process. 

The Academy has been teaching effective self defense for the whole family since 1992.   As a base art we teach Nihon Goshin Aikido. We take a multi-faceted approach to teaching self defense that anyone can learn in a safe and progressive manner. Our system includes Aikido, Aikijutsu, Judo, Ground Defense and the subsystems of Kali integrated into our Aiki curriculum. Training with us will get you in shape, sharpen the mind, build confidence, foster discipline all the while learning to defend your self using a proven methodology that never stops evolving.
